Last Updated: 1 January 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 15000 platform in any form — including via the website, mobile app, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 15000 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the 15000 platform. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into this agreement under applicable Malaysian law. Users who do not meet this age requirement are strictly prohibited from using the platform.

2. Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 15000 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 15000 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact the 15000 support team immediately at [email protected].

  • Registration details must be accurate and belong to you personally.
  • Using another person's identity to register an account is strictly prohibited.
  • Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
  • 15000 reserves the right to request additional verification for security purposes at any time.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

As a 15000 platform user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, market manipulation, or illegal activity.
  • Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the systems or infrastructure of the 15000 platform.
  • Sharing your account or allowing any other party to use it.
  • Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information without their consent.
  • Using funds obtained through illegal means to make any transaction on the platform.

15000 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected to be fraudulent and to take appropriate action, including temporarily freezing an account while the investigation is ongoing.

4. Payment Information and Transactions

All transactions on the 15000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including DuitNow, local bank transfers, and supported eWallets. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time and will be communicated through the platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are their own and have been obtained lawfully. 15000 reserves the right to request supporting documents for any transaction deemed suspicious or unusual.

  • Minimum deposit limit: Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change. Check your account dashboard for the latest details.
  • Fund withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or eWallet that has been registered and verified. Processing times vary depending on the method selected.
  • Account verification: Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for amounts exceeding certain thresholds, as a security measure.
  • Transaction errors: Any transaction errors must be reported to the 15000 support team within 48 hours of the transaction occurring.

15000 is not responsible for any delays or failures in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.

5. Account Policies, Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

Account Suspension and Closure

15000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform's services. If an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Users may also request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable standard procedures.

Limitation of Liability

15000 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses from betting activities. Users acknowledge that participation in betting and gaming activities carries financial risk and that all decisions are made at their own discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and other elements on the 15000 platform are the exclusive property of the platform or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 15000.

Third-Party Links

The 15000 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.

6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

15000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the 15000 platform shall first be resolved through consultation. If consultation fails, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
